Frequently Asked Questions
We like talking to people, so feel free to call us if you have a question. But if you’re the shy type and prefer lurking around our website rather than speaking to a human being, hopefully we can answer your question here.
1. I am a small corporation, would you be wiling to do work for us?
We love working with “small” organizations because they are often willing to take more risks and let us push the creative envelope. So - YES!
2. How much will it cost to do (OUR PROJECT)?
We’re going to answer this one with a question; How much would it cost to take a trip? Ah, you see, without knowing the specifics of where you’re going and how you’re getting there, it’s a question not easily answered. Bottom line, call us to work out the specifics and THEN we can give you a price. Or better yet, tell us what you’re trying to achieve, how much you have budgeted, and we’ll help you choose the most cost effective course to get there.
3. I don’t have much money now, but one day my company will be wildly rich and famous. Can you cut me a deal now if I promise to pay your normal rate later?
No. Our prices are based competitively for the quality of work we deliver. We can help your company grow, but not unless you’ve budgeted adequate marketing funds to achieve that growth.
4. How do you bill? Hourly? Project based? Retainer? Percentage of revenue?
Yes. In other words, we’re flexible and can work within your budgeted amount.
5. Who do I contact to discuss a potential project?
In the US, please call us at +1 866-744-5665. If you’re anywhere else, contact us.
6. Do you respond to RFPs?
Yes. Go to our contact page for details or email a request.
7. Will you do speculative creative for a project, and if I like it I’ll buy it?
No. If you’re talking about a formal pitch to win a significant body of work, that’s a different story.
8. Are you willing to pitch me to win my account/business?
If you’re an account we want and the opportunity presents a formal demonstration, we’re eager to step up to the plate and why we’re the best team for the job.
9. I work for a charitable organization and we need some work done. Can you help?
Every year, we do as many non-profit projects as we can. Contact us and let's discuss to see what we can lend a hand with..
10. Are you hiring?
Short-term, yes. Long-term, yes. We are growing and will continue to do so.
